UPDATE January 2026

The management have now informed us that in the future the car parking system will definitely be switched ON for every date that our event is held – which means that you will need to enter your car registration details on the tablet that will be placed at the top of the stairs outside the suite. (This is no change from 2025 coin fairs)

Also, we used to send through a list of registration numbers prior to the show of dealers and members of public who regularly attended – but they will no longer accept this from us now.  So if we used to enter your car registration details, this will no longer be actioned- please make sure you enter your number for every single fair you attend. 

We hope this helps to solve any future parking issues. 

The Hotel have assured us that there will be tablets available to enter your details on, and also staff available to help anyone who should need it.

• There are 250 free car parking spaces at the front of the Hotel. You will need to register your car’s details and this can be done at the entrance to the Fair in the Yorkshire Suite.

• The entrance to the car park has a vehicle height restriction, if your car/van is over this height please press the intercom, so the hotel staff can raise the barrier for you to access the car park.

• Please note that the Hotel only accepts payment by card. If you say that you are at the coin fair the Hotel should give a 20% discount on tea and coffees on the day of the fair. There is an ATM machine at Tescos which is located across the roundabout.

STAYING OVERNIGHT

The Fair is being held at the Cedar Court Hotel in Huddersfield – if you plan to stay overnight, please mention that you are attending the Coin Fair for better room rates.

Cedar Court Hotel (Yorkshire Coin Fair rates 2026 – Single Room £85 – Double room £95 including breakfast). Please book very early as these rates are subject to availability (If there are more than 30 rooms left in the hotel on that particular night.)
